We are looking for a Global Demand Generation Manager to help us onboard more organizations onto our cutting-edge cybersecurity platform. This role will help us execute more campaigns to our target audiences, and improve the performance of initiatives that have already launched.
This role will be responsible for executing campaigns aimed at companies in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, aligning closely with sales to achieve shared goals, and using data to help improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have B2B demand generation experience, a track record of working closely with sales, making program recommendations and optimizations based on data, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement demand-generation strategies and campaigns
- Design, execute, and define follow-up processes for events, including webinars, Asimily-hosted dinners, and virtual roundtables
- Build out Asimily’s email marketing program to our existing database, nurture new leads, and work with other marketing colleagues to expand our current database
- Provide suggestions for improving paid channel performance, including on Google and LinkedIn
- Help coordinate and execute major trade shows and events, making sure that we’re driving as much pipeline as possible
- Work closely with the Asimily Partner team to design programs intended to drive pipeline from our partner network
- Improve process and copy used for outbound to target prospects, working closely with the Asimily SDR team
- Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as sales qualified leads, pipeline value, and revenue
Requirements and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience working closely with B2B sales teams
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience working in organizations with a high ACV and longer sales cycle is a plus
- Experience working in Europe or the Middle East is a plus.
- Please note that this role may be expected to travel as much as 25% of their time to events and tradeshows within North America
