About Asimily

Asimily is the Proactive Cyber Asset Defense Platform empowering your teams to reduce risk as fast as possible across your entire cyber asset attack surface – IoT, OT, IoMT and IT. Asimily shows you every discovered device, maps out the attack surface, identifies the riskiest devices, prioritizes what matters, and continuously delivers the segmentation and risk mitigation actions that close exposures without disrupting operations.

About You

The Content, Brand, and Social Lead will grow Asimily’s voice and visibility everywhere our buyers learn: social platforms, our blog, community forums, and the AI answer engines that increasingly shape how security leaders build vendor shortlists. Our audience is CISOs, CIOs, and the cybersecurity and networking professionals who look to reduce risk and achieve zero trust.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll own content and brand strategy and the day-to-day content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and the Asimily blog, writing copy, building collateral, and producing short-form video and creative that make cybersecurity approachable while retaining technical differentiation. Mandatory for being successful in this role is staying up-to-date with the latest in AI to harness our existing gen AI stack (and recommend needed additions) and be expected to use those tools to the fullest.

You’ll be the front line for how the world experiences the Asimily brand online, from long-form blog content and collateral to comments, DMs, and real-time engagement at industry events. You’ll partner with product marketing on generative engine optimization (GEO), building the content footprint that gets Asimily cited accurately when buyers ask AI tools about connected device security. You’ll work with our events and field marketing team to build content and social strategies around each event. You’ll also work with our design agency on any longer living asset and branding needs while using AI for all shorter lived content.

Essential Responsibilities

Content and Channels

  • Own and grow Asimily’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube), publishing at least 5 times per week with a mix of original, reactive, and community-driven content
  • Write, schedule, and publish original content, including short-form video, creative images, blog posts, and collateral, keeping tone, voice, and terminology consistent across every channel
  • Plan and run the content calendar with product, product marketing, events, demand, and regional teams, including real-time content around new vulnerabilities, breaches, regulatory changes, and industry news
  • Turn subject matter experts, customers, and executives into content through interviews, video clips, bylines, and threads that put real practitioner voices in front of our audience

GEO/SEO and Discoverability

  • Partner with product marketing on Asimily’s GEO strategy: product marketing owns product and comparison page messaging, and you own the editorial, social, video, and community content that AI answer engines draw from
  • Build Asimily’s presence in the sources AI tools cite most often, including Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, industry publications, and review sites
  • Structure blog and video content (clear answers, FAQs, transcripts, and schema) so it ranks in search and gets cited in AI answers
  • Track how Asimily appears in Google AI Overviews, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude and other answer engines for priority buyer questions, and report share of voice against competitors

Brand and Social

  • Act as day-to-day steward of the Asimily brand style guide, making sure content uses approved positioning, terminology, and visual standards
  • Run regular social listening on brand, product, and competitor activity, and engage daily in LinkedIn, X, and Reddit conversations and tags
  • Own employee advocacy onboarding and ongoing engagement, using gamification to keep employees active and posting
  • Build content and social plans for each event with events and field marketing, including on-site coverage at industry conferences
  • Own the social response playbook for timely recent cyberattack situations where we need to provide quick guidance to customers or the Asimily voice to an industry event

Operations and Measurement

  • Manage internal content requests, prioritize them against the calendar, and coordinate with creative as needed
  • Report on content, brand, social, and GEO performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly, tying results to pipeline influence and turning data into clear recommendations
  • Use AI tools for ideation, drafting, repurposing, and workflow efficiency, and stay current on platform trends and emerging formats

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity marketing
  • Experience marketing to regulated industries is a strong plus
  • Sharp, fast writing: short, clever, on-brand copy under deadline, plus the technical fluency to write credibly about cybersecurity and networking
  • A track record of building social and content programs with measurable audience and engagement growth
  • Working familiarity with Hubspot (or similar Marketing automation) and WordPress
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social SEO, and copywriting best practices, plus hands-on GEO experience or a clear point of view on how to build AI search visibility
  • Comfort producing short-form video yourself (scripting, shooting, and basic editing)
  • Daily fluency with AI tools for ideation, drafting, and content workflows
  • Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity, AI-driven threats, and the attack surface connected devices create
  • Strong organization: comfortable owning a content calendar, asset library, and multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for industry events and conferences
What Success Looks Like in Year One
  • Measurable gains in how often and how accurately AI answer engines cite Asimily for priority buyer questions
  • A consistent, recognizable Asimily voice across every channel, with steady follower and engagement growth on LinkedIn and YouTube
  • A content calendar that product, events, demand, and regional teams rely on, with reporting that ties content to pipeline
  • A collateral editorial calendar that supports bottom of funnel sales and field needs quarterbacking requests across marketing and design.
